I graduated from The Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in Kauai, HI, in 2018. My training combined somatic psychology, trauma-informed practices, Lomi Lomi, Structural Integration, and traditional massage therapy.
As a lifelong student of health and wellness, my journey began with midwifery, where I explored holistic healing, diet, herbs, and homeopathy. I have attended to more than 65 families on their journey through pregnancy, childbirth and in the postpartum period. Another great teacher for me was being diagnosed with cancer, on several different occasions.. While navigating these diagnoses, I gained a myriad of valuable insights from both mainstream and alternative medicine. This initially led me to pursue a Reiki II attunement in 2000, as well as a more formal study of yoga. I later pursued a bachelor's degree in psychology and neuroscience as I desired the ability to bridge mainstream and alternative modalities.
My passion for yoga culminated in a pilgrimage to India, where I completed my 500-hour teacher training in January 2024. Deepening my relationship with meditation, breath work, and movement. This diverse background informs my approach to massage, incorporating elements of breath work, awareness and meditation. Each session is tailored to nurture clients’ unique connection with their own inner vitality, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and enhanced well being.
I offer a range of services, including traditional, deep tissue, cupping therapy, and pregnancy massage. I strive to provide expert and compassionate care, and to foster an individualized healing space for every client.
